Frequently Requested Support
Password Reset
If you are unable to log in:
- Go to the Sign In screen
- Tap “Forgot Password?”
- Follow the instructions sent to your registered email
If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us directly.
Account Deletion
To delete your account and permanently remove your data:
- Open the Profile section of the App
- Select Account Settings
- Choose Delete Account
Account deletion is final and cannot be undone.
Updating Profile Information
You may update your name or profile photo at any time from the Profile tab.
Shelters and rescue groups may update adoptable dog listings in the Manage Dogs section.
Safety & Conduct
Ringo Pets is a platform designed to help verified animal shelters and rescue organizations connect with adopters. We do not allow:
- Harassment or abusive communication
- Fraud, impersonation, or misleading identities
- Content unrelated to adoptable dogs
Any violation may result in account suspension or removal.
Reporting a Shelter or Listing Concern
If you believe a dog listing contains inaccurate information or violates our policies, please contact us at:
Include:
- Dog’s name
- Shelter or organization name
- Description of the issue

Lost Access to Your Email?
If your registered email is no longer accessible, we may require:
- Proof of app ownership (e.g., device details, previous profile info)
- Additional verification steps to protect your account security
Emergency Situations
If you feel unsafe at any point during an in-person adoption interaction:
